SUSHI GINZA 8 Cartaxo

Congratulations to the team, food, and venue. Everything was perfect! I'll definitely be back with my family again.

First time at Cartaxo in Ginza 8, everything was great. The food was delicious, the chef's cooking was top notch! Especially the hot dishes were delicious! The service was also great, friendly and thoughtful. I really like the sushi and sashimi in the store, the ingredients are fresh and the variety is varied. I wish my stomach was bigger 🤣 Highly recommended!

We went to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday and we really enjoyed it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give SUSHI GINZA 8 more than five stars, I would! As a huge fan of Japanese food and a frequent traveler, I've tried several sushi restaurants, and I can confidently say this was one that most surprised me with its quality and freshness. The service is excellent, even with the limitations of some staff members who don't speak fluent Portuguese, but this in no way detracts from the experience. The menu is extremely informative, with pictures of the dishes and all numbered, which makes choosing and ordering much easier. Each dish is made fresh to order, and the ingredients are of the highest quality. The freshness of the dishes is remarkable, especially when compared to other restaurants in the area. A clear example is the temaki. While at other places, like OCEAN, the temaki came with soft seaweed and an excessive amount of rice, here at SUSHI GINZA 8, the seaweed was perfectly crispy, which reveals not only the freshness of the ingredients but also the care taken in preparation. This makes all the difference for those who truly understand and appreciate Japanese cuisine. Another highlight was the Peking Duck, which exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, there is a variety of very well-prepared dishes, which makes the experience even more complete and unique. The drinks are also worth mentioning: always very fresh and with an excellent selection. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, with a family feel that makes the experience even more special. There's even a photo wall that kept us entertained throughout the meal. And one detail that caught my attention was the manager's kindness towards the customers – at one point, I saw her handing out lollipops to the children, which demonstrates special care for everyone. I highly recommend SUSHI GINZA 8 to anyone looking for a truly high-quality sushi experience in Cartaxo. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in town!

The quality of the sushi is magnificent, the fish is always fresh, and the pieces are a good size. Simply incredible! 🍣 The service has improved significantly over the past year, and today I was surprised to learn that they've lowered the prices for dinner and weekend meals. 😁 I've been there several times and ordered through Uber Eats, and the service is always excellent. The owner is very friendly and attentive, especially with children. 🔝👏

Very good sushi, good and friendly service. Fresh sushi is better, food is served quickly. I will be back.

I love sushi, and Ginza 8 is one of the best in Cartaxo. To shorten the wait, you need to order more than one order at a time. Or split the meal into two orders. Or order combo boards.

Excellent restaurant for dinner as a couple or with a group, fresh sushi and very good Chinese food, highly recommended. I even ordered takeout and it arrived perfectly. Incredible and very efficient service.

We discovered it by chance thanks to a sign on the road on our way back from Lisbon. It's worth stopping for lunch. The service is quite fast and the sushi is quite delicious. I highly recommend the fried cheese.

The food was very good and the space is very welcoming. The service is impeccable, super friendly, and the food came quickly. I would definitely come back again.

I recommend it ⭐ excellent value for money. Everything is very fresh and prepared with care. This is our second time back and we always leave very satisfied. Good luck 🍀

Excellent experience! The owner and waitstaff were super friendly. Fast service and very good food! I loved it.
